We place detailed descriptions online of all our items, and include any defects or flaws in our photo’s. However, if a potential buyer requests further photo’s for clarification, they will be provided.
Credit Card/Debit Cards with a credit card logo, and PayPal, are both accepted at Granny’s Bargain Attic. These methods of payment offer secure internet privacy, providing the greatest protection for the buyer. All Credit Card payments will be processed by a secure, encrypted server and no information will be stored by Granny’s.
Yes, your information is secure. We do not store your payment information, which is protected through checkout using the Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption. The SSL certificate appears at the top left of your browser as a locked security icon. Your information received by email will only be held for a short period of time, as allowed by the State of Texas, and will only be used for your one time purchase. It will not be used for advertising purposes and will not be given to third parties.

The images provided are for your immediate review, with detailed descriptive information about the item. We will accept returns only if the item description is presented grossly inaccurate. We want you to be satisfied with our customer service, so please email us your concerns within 24 hours of receiving your purchase. Disclaimer: We use a digital camera for our pictures. Colors of items may vary slightly according to your monitor.
Upon submission of your order and payment, we will email you confirming that we have received both. You will receive a second email upon shipment.
If your shipment is received damaged, please take a picture, if possible, of the damaged item and/or the damaged shipping box. We would like to have an emailed picture of the damaged item, if possible. Notify us of the damage and we will refund your money and file a shipping claim. As with any shipping claim, damage must be proven, so email us with the details and we'll let you know what we need to file our claim. Thank You!
When you purchase a bracelet, we want it to fit you properly! Our bracelets, except children's and teens bracelets, are made for an average size wrist between 6 1/4" and 7" (actual wrist size). This wrist size typically requires a size 7 1/2" bracelet, which includes a clasp. You can measure using the following instructions: Using a flexible measuring tape, measure just above the wrist bone and then add 1/4 inch to the measurement for comfort; this is your adjusted wrist size. You then add one inch to determine your bracelet size, which accounts for the clasp. If you have any questions, email us and we will answer promptly.
If a jewelry item on our site states it is handcrafted, then it is designed by us at Granny's Bargain Attic. We reserve the right to uphold the Intellectual Property Rights of the jewelry designs. Please do not copy. Many jewelry items are similar in design colors and styles; however, they are unique in the types of beads, stones, patterns, findings and materials used. Our intellectual property rights cover our particular designs, using our chosen materials. We have firm documentation, with dates, of our designs. We do not assign "names" to our individual pieces of jewelry.
