We attempt to assess the lowest shipping rates for our customers, so please do not hesitate to contact us with any of your shipping questions prior to your purchase!

* We only ship within the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii

* Your order is shipped by USPS Ground from the DFW area within two business days of placing your order. USPS Ground typically takes anywhere from 2 to 8 days for delivery.

* We obtain a tracking number on all shipments at no cost to the buyer, and the tracking number will be sent to the buyer upon shipment.

* Your shipping amount is calculated based on the weight of all items purchased, and/or a media mail shipping rate (a reduced rate) on media such as books. A combined shipping discount is automatically given when you purchase more than one item.

* Most of our large breakable items are packed in a box within a box to reduce damage during shipping. In some cases, the shipping amount is greater than the actual price of the item itself; this is due to the cost of shipping heavier items.

* BOOKS AND OTHER MEDIA: We assess a media mail shipping rate on all our media, which includes books. This gives the customer the lowest shipping rate. If you purchase a book(s) plus another item from our store, you will be given an overall shipping rate discount for multiple items purchased, which is computed at the time of checkout, AND that rate includes a discount amount for the book or other media. Your "media" will be mailed separately from all other items and sent as media mail. Media mail takes approximately 2 to 8 days for delivery by USPS.

* TWO DAY OR OVERNIGHT SHIPPING: Any item purchased from our store is eligible for two day or overnight shipment. You must contact us before purchase so we can adjust your shipping rate. This must be done before checkout.

* SHIPPING MULTIPLE ITEMS PURCHASED: As previously stated, when you purchase multiple items from our store, you are automatically offered a multiple purchase discount for shipping at the time of checkout. Occasionally we must make the decision to ship items purchased in separate boxes to make sure breakable items arrive safely to the buyer. If we mail items separately, we pay a larger amount for shipping, which we absorb as a business expense. Also, we occasionally make the decision to ship via UPS during the Holiday seasons to ensure prompt delivery to our customers. The amount you pay upon checkout is the final amount you will pay for shipping, and is adjusted prior to purchase if you contacted us for a faster shipping quote.
