This is an unused, new and uncut sewing pattern with a Copyright date of 1998. It is factory folded with instructions and comes from a clean environment. There is some wear to the envelope corners, but it does not affect the instructions or pattern. There was a sticker on the reverse side of the envelope that left a mark when removed. There is some yellowing of the envelope and instructions due to age.
