This Sewing Pattern is uncut with factory folded tissues and instructions. It is new in that it has never been cut or used. The Copyright date is 2010. I have a 2nd Pattern with the copyright date of 2014. The Patterns are the same. They are either older patterns, or purchased recently, but never used. The Patterns come from a clean environment. There may be slight wear or small tears to the envelope corners or edges, including small creases; however, there is no effect on the pattern pieces or instructions.
